Terms of Service

This is a minimal, production-ready template. Update it to reflect your actual features (subscription benefits, content display, account deletion, disclaimers). When aggregating public third-party sources, comply with each site’s terms and reasonable use.

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms are between you and ClueArk (“the App” or “we”). By downloading, installing, registering, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Aggregation, monitoring, and alerts based on public sources (e.g. RSS, web lists, public APIs).
Search, filtering, timelines, summaries/briefs, and related features (some may require a paid plan).
We may update or adjust features while striving to keep core functionality available.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate, lawful registration information and keep credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly.
You must not use the App for illegal activity, or attack, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.

4. Subscriptions and payments (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

Payment: On iOS, payment is typically made via Apple App Store in-app purchase. We do not process your card details directly.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions usually renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal in system subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing: Prices may vary by region, tax, and currency as shown on the purchase screen.
Restore purchases: After reinstalling or changing devices, use “Restore Purchases” where applicable.
Refunds: Request refunds through Apple’s App Store process per platform rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App may show links or summaries of third-party public content. Rights belong to the respective owners. You must comply with source site terms and reasonable use.
You must not use the App for infringement, unauthorized bulk copying, circumventing access controls, or similar misuse. You are responsible for your conduct.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to network issues, third-party policies, or force majeure.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party content accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use outputs at your own judgment.

7. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion as provided in the App. After verification, we delete or anonymize data per applicable law and product logic. We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or other reasonable means. Updated Terms take effect when published.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction to the extent not conflicting with mandatory rules. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
